If you submitted through FastFingerprints but your licensing board or employer has not received results after 10+ business days:
- You may call the Ohio BCI at 877-224-0043
- Have your TCN number (Transaction Control Number) ready—provided during your appointment
- You can also ask the requesting agency to confirm if they received your results
