National Background Check, Inc. (NBCI) offers an enhanced WebCheck system known as National WebCheck to capture and submit fingerprint data to Ohio BCI&I.
Through a simple process of placing your fingers on a pad for a digital scan and computer processing, background check results are now available more quickly. Once results are transmitted and processed by BCI&I, they are mailed out directly from BCI&I or emailed from NBCI to the requested destination. We offer the absolute fastest possible means to have your results processed.
Because the NBCI process for fingerprinting uses state-of-the-art scanners and secure submission procedures, the process is virtually error-free – avoiding smudged readings and delivery errors.
NBCI has relationships with the Ohio agencies that require fingerprinting by state law and will send results daily to the Department of Commerce (Division of Liquor Control, Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing, Division of Financial Institutions), Department of Education, Department of Insurance, and many others. WebCheck was designed by The Ohio Attorney General and the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI&I) to process civilian fingerprint background checks. National Background Check is the largest service provider of WebCheck in Ohio, with locations in every major metropolitan area.
WebCheck Fingerprinting Process
1. Set up your appointment right now by clicking our SCHEDULE tab.
2. Arrive at the facility 5 minutes early to fill out a registration form.
3. Bring a valid Identification Card (driver's license or passport) and cash, check or credit card (Visa, MC or AMEX). We suggest using moisturizer on your hands before you arrive. The moisturizer aids in the process. Very dry hands may be difficult to print.
4. The administrator will scan your fingerprints and submit your data. This normally takes no longer than five minutes.
5. The results will be sent directly to the agency listed on the registration form.
