The FBI defines a channeler as an “expediter” rather than a user of criminal history record check results. This authorization permits National Background Check to obtain FBI fingerprint-based background checks on non-criminal applicants via electronic fingerprint submittal directly to the FBI. Therefore, if you seek your personal FBI records, let us print you and send them directly to the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
